1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you named) acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement to [EMAIL], or return the item to the club where it was picked up. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date], order number [number]. Name and address of consumer: … Date: …”

3. Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed — using the same means of payment, at no fee. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return.

4. Returning the goods

Send the goods back or hand them over at the club without undue delay and no later than 14 days from your notice. You bear the direct cost of return unless stated otherwise. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods — a tested racket in original condition is fine.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised items (e.g. custom grip engraving) or hygiene-sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
