Pick products from the library — rackets, bags, balls, shoes — and set your stock and your price. The racket page shows your club with its price; the player reserves, comes in and pays at the desk.
Appraise a customer's racket in five steps: questions, four photos, a short video. The AI agent identifies the model, grades it A / B+ / B / C, prices it against the market and suggests a trade-in offer.
Tournaments, americanos, leagues, clinics and socials with a limit, a waitlist and reminders. Followers of the club get a notification and an email the moment you publish.
Coaches with your club as home appear on the club page with levels, languages and price. Lesson requests go straight to the coach; club sessions can be assigned to a coach.
Every reservation lands in the cabinet with the player's name, email and phone. Confirm it, hand the racket over, mark it picked up — the player sees the status in their account.

No. You sell at your price and take the money at the desk — Palaplay does not process payments and charges no commission on sales, tests or court bookings. The only per-use fee is the pre-owned appraisal.
Register as a representative of the existing club. We send a six-digit code to the email on the club's card; enter it and the cabinet opens. No email on the card — we call the club.
They don't pay online. A reservation holds the racket; the player comes in, you confirm and take the payment at the desk — cash, card, whatever you use. Pre-orders work the same way at pickup.
Top place and banners are bought separately in Promotion, monthly, and limited to three clubs per city — first come, first served, no auction. The subscription itself does not change the ranking.
Yes. Holiday mode pauses the subscription for a set period; cancelling at any time keeps the page until the end of the paid month. An unpaid invoice past the grace period hides the club until it is settled.
